This CD ("Wax") and the band that created it ("Kind" - from Omaha, NE) was hugely popular throughout the Midwest among the hippie-rock and jam-band scenes of the mid-90s. Before disbanding and forming the modern pop/rock band, Grasshopper Takeover, Kind toured relentlessly and gained much critical acclaim for its album and corresponding award-winning graphic design work. The CD you are buying is from the original press of discs first printed in 1994, and is NOT a re-press. Only recently was a box of approximately 100 of these highly sought after CDs found in the attic by one of the original members and licensed to Echo Park Records for sale in this limited release format. So, for those of you who have emailed relentlessly over the years asking for a copy of this rare disc, your time has come.
