Description
Members of Wisconsin's Straight Edge Crack Whores and Vitamin King suddenly found themselves sitting around waiting when band members split to pursue other projects. Something to Do got them all off their couches and back where they belong; rockin' the ska scene. Playing shows around Wisconsin including the Skappleton music festival, featuring Mustard Plug, and dates on the Ska Bands Unite Tour brought the band to the attention of many young fans. Casio Interstate Music (a local music store) selected the band to play in their local music showcase. The guys recorded a new track in Cascio's studio for release on the store's local band compilation. The band recently won the Marquette University battle of the bands and will appear on the world's largest music festival, Summerfest, this summer in Milwaukee as their prize.
S2D hits the road this year to promote their first EP "Naked Pigeons Inside!" on Trapdoor Records. The 6 song CD combines ska and punk with horn-driven rock and satisfies your thirst for catchy horn hooks and vocal harmonies. Keep an eye out for them at colleges and clubs around the Midwest.
