After an illustrious career primarily on the regional blues circuit, this Texas crooner throws his hat into the international blues ring with the effortless virtuosity of a seasoned artist.

In this debut CD, Johnny's not alone in his quest to capture Ft. Worth's famous "Funky Town Sound". He enlisted the area's most dedicated "Nitelife Krewe" including Paul Byrd, James Hinkle, Beerbelly Slim, Edd Lively, Johnny Reno and Kenny Traylor, among the notables staying true to Ft. Worth's rich musical tradition, running the gamut of Swamp Pop, Western Swing, and Low Down Blues.
