Greetings!
Inside an avocado, we're some folks from Austin, Texas who love making music that sounds groovy, and helps to make the world a happier place by influencing people in a good way.
As you may or may not know, cdbaby.com is a GREAT place for us independent artists. They do have to charge us artists for their services, and one of the means they recoup their expenses is by charging the artist $4 for every CD sold. As you can see from the price of our CD, we make very little from each sale. We choose to take a revenue cut because we wanted to get our music into your world - the fan - without costing you too much!
Our album, GREEN, is really an EP. That means it contains fewer songs than an album. We decided to do this because we wanted to produce a high quality album early in the band's life to capture what we are today, and to create a high quality marketing tool. In the future, we will be making a full length album, but for now we are focusing on promotions and live performances. If you cannot catch us live and listen to our large repertoire of music, order a copy of GREEN. One day, it will no longer be available!
