Dan Pound and the CD "Return"
Dan Pound trained classically studying guitar, piano and double bass. Writing songs at an early
age, Dan was caught with the music bug. Between the lessons, copying songbooks at the local music shop, and writing scores for the school orchestra, he developed a thorough knowledge of theory and arranging. Over time he pieced together a home studio where he now composes music for film soundtrack.
He has earned numerous positions on various top ten lists on Broadjam.com, and has air play on several internet radio stations.
The new CD from Dan "Return" is lush and relaxing, yet haunting and sensual with rhythmic pulses. Visual in it's textures, it is layered with beauty and longing throughout.
