About La Guitarra Romntica:
La Guitarra Romntica consists of traditional acoustic guitar performances by two very fine Spanish guitarists, and a world-class latin percussion group. Morton Davis composed and produced this body of music. He plays bass on a few of the songs.
About Morton Davis
For six years, Morton provided on-location recording, promotion and marketing for an independent record label. He has worked hard to help others accomplish their dreams, visions and goals, and enjoys working with artists, music, and sound.
Morton has completed intensive programs in the physics of sound, applied classical and jazz music theory, audio engineering, publishing law, and songwriting in the course of receiving a four-year college degree.
Morton has performed as a vocal-soloist in many gospel choirs, and has sang in theatrical plays ranging from The Fantastics, to Godspell, to light opera. He enjoys playing guitar, piano, and saxophone, and experiences great satisfaction in producing of music.
Morton began working with computers and synths in 1982 and has been composing music, in one form or another, all the while.
