Description
The Broken Remotes came together in the fall of 2003 when Jon Leahy joined forces with hardcore punk maven Carlos Hamma. Fate intervened when they were introduced to producer Ronan Chris Murphy, and only a month later the band recorded its debut LP. The album has a loud and raw mood from start to finish. The tracks on Throw Me the Keys may range from punk to roots-rock, but every song has the energy and attitude of a live performance.
