Description
Hi, thanks for checking this out.
There's two types of songs on "To the Sea." The framing songs (pts 1, 2 and 3) are recordings of me at age 3 or 4 telling stories over a nervous beat I whipped up out of various things I sampled.
The other songs are me singing, usually while strumming or picking at the guitar or maybe poking away at a keyboard. I recorded "Juice" over four years ago, and discarded a lot of songs since then to choose the ones that went on the disc.
I choose a relatively low price for the CD because it's under 30 minutes long -- I didn't want anyone to feel ripped off.
I've been told that the songs on this CD are "dark," "enjoyable," and "fabulous." That might have been people just being polite, but sometimes it's hard to tell.
Thanks again for your interest.
