This audio cd workbook is based around the ground-breaking seminars that we teach around the world including at Columbia University and The New School in New York City.
We enjoy teaching a diverse range of students including people of all ages, races, cultures and economic backgrounds. Our students have included corporate leaders, teachers, social activists, home-makers, executives, healers, and entrepreneurs.
This first c.d in the series will focus on discovering your life's purpose by exploring your conscious and sub-conscious minds to identify your unique gifts, talents and passions.
At the end of this c.d you will have completed four exercises which will create a life purpose statement that will help you understand the meaning of your life.
You will need some undisturbed time to listen to the guided meditations and a journal or pen and paper to reflect and record your experiences. It may be helpful to refer to the sleeve notes inside the cd case for guidance. If you don't have a remote, position yourself close to the cd so you can pause the cd whenever you need more time.
Dr Sharon Lamm
Sharon Lamm is a global award-winning coach, leadership development consultant, educator and author with 17 years of experience. Dr. Lamm received her doctorate from Columbia University where she now teaches Leadership as an Adjunct Professor. Dr. Lamm has received awards fro her work from the Center for Creative Leadership and Academy of Human Resource Development. Sharon has coached hundreds of executives around the globe.
Mirabai Galashan
Mirabai Galashan is a dynamic workshop leader, inspirational coach and counselor. Mirabai has created and presented workshops internationally, ranging from conflict resolution to annual retreats swimming with the wild dolphins and is a guest lecturer at Columbia University, New York on Discover Your Life's Purpose and The Human Energy System. In 2003 she recorded her first c.d., MEDITATIONS WITH MIRABAI a collection of healing visualizations for body, mind and spirit. Mirabai is an interfaith minister, Reiki Master Teacher and internationally certified massage therapist.
