As a solo artist, Jacob Ray met producer/multi-instrumentalist Todd Bayles who was influential in assisting Jacob record the debut album "A Small Part of Something Beautiful". Jacob recorded at Todd's studio, The Rock Star Factory, where Jacob Ray's rare style was captured with a full band sound and energy.
"A Small Part of Something Beautiful", was released in December 2004 and has quickly gained popularity. The record features songs, Do I Dare...?, Dirty Angels, When You Wake, and The News, all of which have been featured on local radio stations. The album has a full spectrum of emotions and tempos, from colorful dreams to explosive excitement. His songs with charm and personality take the listener on a unforgettable journey.
Jacob Ray is currently performing shows solo and with his full band "The Dirty Angels".
