Description
Fronted by multi instrumentalist Greg Schatz, this original genre bending roots band is in many ways the alter ego of Jeremy Lyon's and the deltabilly boys. Songs are quirky often dancable and fun sometimes hartwrenching, tragically humourous, and always memorable. Greg plays accordion keyboards and guitar in Schatzy, (he is the bassist for the deltabilly boys). Jeremy Lyons lends his legendary craftsmanship as a slide and fingerstyle guitar player. An irresistable beat is provided by fellow deltabilly boy, drum kit master Paul Santopadre. Joined by Steve Calandra on the bass, (Egg Yolke Juballie, Morning Forty Federation, R. Scully Band),. This is the groups second c.d. the first will be available on c.d. baby shortly. The band plays regularly in New Orleans, so look them up is you are ever in the cresent city.
