"Ray Eggleston was a normal, working class man trying to avoid being driven mad by the ills of society. However, the pressures were too great resulting in the creation of an alter-persona known as "X-Ray the Barbarian".
X-Ray has dwelled isolated and aimlessly for 7 years as a savage awaiting an opportunity to present himself to society and show the world the by-products of the unfortunate state of humanity.
X-Ray has now surfaced! His way of coping is expressed through his raspy voice and original, rough lyrics accompanied by a variety of hard, pounding beats providing the world with something distinctive and unique."
He is known in the Washington, DC area from his many performances and his showing in the Finals of the Flava 1580 D&D All-Star Freestyle. He has also won various open mic contests in the DC area and has performed as the opening act for several well-known rap artists including Wu-Tang and Death Squad. Most recent performances were in downtown Atlanta and Ft. Valley University in Ft. Valley, Georgia were spectacular and received rave reviews. Be prepared for something different and unique in this up-and-coming hip-hop artist from the Nation's Capital.
