Alfonso A. Gomez was born in Matamoros,
TamauIipas, Mexico the 25th of May, on the last of the roaring twenties, 1929.
After working in several and quite different activities, the
last as a journalist for a newspaper in his native Matamoros, he started writing poetry in Spanish.
