Description
Benny Mao is a singer-songwriter who plays the acoustic guitar. He grew up in New Orleans, but moved to LA for college (ucla). After graduation, he worked for a bit, but really wanted to do music. So, he started a record label, wrote some songs, and released an album called A Place Unseen. Pop-rockish. 12 songs recorded with a full band. Music and lyrics come out of the comedy and angst of his life. And also from his expatriate adventures in Shanghai.
