Description
Furious Billy albums are the work of musician, artist and writer, Casey Brandt. Casey was raised in southern Maryland and lived in Baltimore for six years before moving to New York in 1998. He began playing and writing music while attending Pratt Institute in Brooklyn.
His latest album, Sissyfoot, is his second release on Mungler Winslowe Records (which he co-founded in Brooklyn, NY) and follows his 2003 release, Ten Songs. He has also recorded eight other limited-release, solo albums between September 2001 and August 2003. From 1999 to 2002, he fronted the Brooklyn based folk-punk band, The Beer, which produced two full-length albums. He can currently be seen playing with a band in and around New York City under the moniker Furious Billy and the Boog.
