Description
TAKEN's newest studio endeavor "Amplified," released February 18, brings a new spirit to the music of TAKEN. The project features five studio tracks and one live track that grabs the listener and simply does not let go.
"Amplified" opens with what can only be described as a wall of guitar, then quickly eases into the bass driven groove of "Clouds." With hints of classic rock and incisive lyrics, "Clouds" pulls the listener into TAKEN's unique brand of rock n' roll. From there, "Amplified" only gets bigger. With songs like "Let Me Know," "Don't Let This World Get You Down" and "Stay," it's easy to see why the project is called "Amplified." The closing track, "To See You Leave," shows that TAKEN is for real. The song was completely tracked live and demonstrates the passion TAKEN has for live performance.
As a whole, "Amplified," not only demonstrates musicality and innovative songwriting, it just plain rocks!
