Description
Tammy is a Christian Country Artist with GodsChild Records. She is originally from Mobile, Alabama and now lives in the Nashville area where she performs at various writers' venues; The Bluebird Cafe, Douglas Corner, The Broken Spoke.
She has had recent charting success in the Christian County genra. Her latest release, "That's The Way", went to radio this September. She has been named as a New Artist Nominee for the 2001 Country Gospel Music Guild Awards. Other nominations include "Just Plain Folks" Contemporary Christian Album 2001 and Contemporary Christian Artist 2001.
Tammy is a strong advocate for Autism Awareness, since her own daughter was diagnosed at age 3 1/2. She says the disorder occurs in more than 1 in 500 individuals.
