Horse Crazy is a kickin' cowgirl band born in the Methow Valley on the North East side of the Cascade Mountains in Washington State. Their joy shines through with 3 part harmonies and trading off the lead vocals throughout the album. NEW HORSE CRAZY MEMBER! By all means when you see Horse Crazy Live you will be in for a real treat!! Violin and Mandolin are Nadine Van Hees favorite instruments and is Horse Crazy happy! The traditional and contemporaty music reflects their love of the land and the beauty of being out on the trail enjoying the life of a cowboy or cowgirl. They trade off instruments and play guitars, bass, banjo and mandolin. They have shared the stage with Don Edwards, Trudy Fair, Wylie of the Wild West, Sourdough Slim and Gary McMann, and are featured in a Western variety show in Winthrop, Wa. twice a year called "The Dollar Watch Cowboy Jamboree (www.methownet.com/lauralee ). Their music comes from old west movies, traditional cowboy songs, contemporary writers of today and songs from the Texas swing era. These gals promise a big smile and a foot tappin' good time!
