Description
Rob Susman has appeared in music festivals in The North Sea, Pori, Vienne, Aruba, Gubbio, The Canary Islands, Discover Jazz (VT), and What Is Jazz (NYC). He has performed with Branford Marsalis, Clark Terry, Chico O'Farrill, Tito Puente, Frankie Ruiz, Ismael Miranda, La India, Liza Minelli, Jay and the Americans, Leslie Gore, and Neil Diamond.
He has been a guest musician on radio's "Rambling with Gambling" , The Vicki Lawrence Show, and Joe Pesci's MTV video "Yo Cousin Vinny". He can be heard playing on several nationally televised commercials as well as Broadway pit orchestras.
He co-founded NoNoNonet, and the
Symphonic Brass Alliance. He can be seen playing with Duke Ellington Legacy, Jay & the Americans, Blue Number Nine, Swingadelic, and the Rainbow Room Orchestra.
He has been a guest soloist with The Galvanized Jazz Band and can be heard on recordings by The Davenports, Blue Number Nine, The Electric Ladybugs, Hemingway, NoNoNonet, Repercussions, The Marshall Plan Kids, A Mass for Mass Trombones, and the Flipped Fedoras.
This is his first solo recording, featuring original compositions and arrangements, as well as some of his good friends.
