Inspiration is Lorraine's first CD - recorded in Ireland with some of the finest session musicians at hand adding to the beauty of the lyrics and tunefulness of the melody lines. Since recording Inspiration Lorraine has released a furthur 2 CDs, both to much critical acclaim ,"This Big Feeling" being her most recent (also available on CD Baby).
Based in Edinburgh, Lorraine has toured Europe extensively with her band and as a solo musician. Her band members have included Steafan Hannigan, Tony McManus and Niall O'Callanain to name but a few. She has played alongside such great performers as Loudon Wainwright III, Richard Thompson, Alan Stivell, Dick Gaughan, Capercaille.
2003 will see Lorraine touring in a "Planet Woman 2003" production called "from Celtic soul to Maori roots"...(www.planetwoman.net) as well as continuing to enchant many's an audience with her own solo gigs and tours.
