These elements were all in place and brought together the creative forces of Lee and Voon, who form one of the most promising musical duos of the millenium; LUSCH. Inspired by electronica, pop, worldbeat and lounge
house, Lusch have merged these influences into a sound that is all of their own.
Based in Toronto, Lusch has been making waves in the electro-pop community with their infectious melody, atmospheric groove, and progressive Euro-inspired production. "We're here to make a statement and share
our musical vision" says Lee. "Hopefully, our music will inspire, soothe, motivate and entertain."
Generating attention is not something new to lead vocalist Kylanna Lee. Lee is no stranger to the entertainment industry, lending her voice
to a multitude of commercials, voice-overs, animation projects and film soundtracks. Classically trained in voice, the world of pop/electronica was the least familiar to her vocal training. "I'm fortunate to have had
classical vocal training in jazz and opera, which gives me the knowledge in caring for my voice and using it properly. The added exposure to all different genres of music has been especially useful and inspiring in
the song writing process. My education allows me to draw inspiration from what I've studied and also gives our music an edge."
Similarly, Voon entered the music industry after years of dance industrials, music videos, and commercials. After 15 years of classical piano and violin, Lusch has provided Voon with a new perspective on musical composition. "No matter where you come from, you can always relate to
a solid melody. I realized working on our music how addictive the creative process is, and despite the fact that it is incredibly intimate and personal, it's fascinating how universal the end result can be."
The Lusch EP "Two Deep" marks the duo's launch into the music industry. Currently at work on a full release, this 4 track introduction invites the listener to experience LUSCH. So, share the energy that is LUSCH and
