Description
"Poi for Gadje" is a percussive journey of an eastern styled drum troop with voices of haunting and firey drums singing the textures of ancient rhythms. The vision is of tribal dancing and fire swirling around shadowy figures in the night. All hand drums are played by David Macejka and the track names are the names of the rhythms used on that track, so it's a good way to get aquainted with these traditional rhythms.
