Opposite Day plays educational art-rock for animals. With songs about bagels, economics, science, and 5-year-old super spies, our music takes on the challenge of hitting that exciting ballance between fun and intellectual, agressive and congenial, absurdist and emotional. Blending elements of jazz, funk, pop, metal, math-rock, and children's music, our music has few precendents.

After 3 years playing in Austin, we're taking it to the next level through statewide touring, a nearly-complete second album, and endlessly forward-thinking creativity.
