Description
ReDUX, also known as "The Redux" has been entertaining crowds of dancing fools in the Northwest in one incarnation or another for over 20 years. A high-energy mix of rock and hard soul music that's light on the heart and heavy on the fun, they know how to make you move. Relentlessly fun and funny onstage, this collection of ten songs on their newest release; "Been Here Before" captures their energy. Along with the adrenalin rush of the music, ReDUX offers something to think about as well, with lyrics that go from the personal to the political to the psychotic and back again.
ReDUX is also a multi-generational experience, as lead singer Beth Schramer and husband-guitarist-singer Paul Schramer play with their son Justin, well known Portland punk rock drummer who has contributed to numerous underground offerings such as "Let the Horse Out," " Jayhawker" and "The Triggers."
