Description
Steve has been both a musician and yogi for close to 30 years now. As a musician, he has performed with artists such as Fleetwood Mac, Men at Work, The Beach Boys and kirtan artist Krishna Das. On his spiritual journey, he lived as a vedic monk for years in India and has followed many well known teachers.
He has also been the host of the Oxygen network show Inhale, which is currently airing, and has built quite a loyal following around the country.
"Grace", his first music CD, is an eclectic mix of musical styles unlike anything already out there in this genre. From Rock to Gospel and even a stop in Brazil, he has covered many musical bases and created something that's even accessible to listeners outside the spiritual music arena.
In Steve's words:
Grace is the Name of the Game , chants for modern
yogis, transcends the norm. It is chanting to
illuminate, lighten and uplift those who sing
or listen. I find it's one of the most effective ways to
open the heart and still the mind, especially
for people in the Western circumstance.
All of the chants are ancient names of God
which invoke the presence of the divine.
To sing them with devotion is to feel the
joy inherent in them.
Try it and see for yourself.
