Who is CBD?
After the disbanding of Switchblade Symphony, touring and recording guitarist George Earth
focused his strengths into the solo lo-fi act Candy Machine. Paula O'Rourke was the bass player and singer for Southwest/west coast band LIAR, after that act disbanded she focused her songwriting skills into the alt-country solo act TINY. It was drummer Eljohn Nelson of Poi Dog Pondering and who recognized the similar songstyles of George and Paula, and the immediate chemistry of a
killer three piece rock band forcing Candy Machine and Tiny to merge physically and become Captain BringDown!
