Description
AMERICAN MORTAR ROCK BAND is East Coast Rock that rocks. Hardly any repeat lyrics. Each song tells a story worth hearing.
Danny, the lead guitarist songwriter, and rhythm and bass on this particular CD, has been playing guitar since the decade of decadence. The only thing more important to him than his Harley are his guitars.
Susan, wrote the lyrics and sings them. Some people have referred to her as the female Jim Morrison/Bob Dylan. She'll tell you that the music dictated the lyrics. She likes this music because it's fast enough to dance fast to.
For this CD only, Matt played the drums and we recorded these songs in his studio. Danny plays lead and rhythm guitar, plays drums and plays bass guitar. The band spends almost as many hours as Metallica does in the studio trying to get each instrument heard when they record. They have a lot more new original songs that they haven't recorded in a professional studio but that Danny recorded onto cd and they produced themselves. Feel free to e-mail them to get the songs.
They love to play live and when they have they have received standing ovations pretty much straight through the show. They usually alternate one original for one cover song. People seem to like both equally well. Send an e-mail if you want them to do their show at your location.
