Description
With a voice that brings even the rowdiest biker bars to silence and awe-a voice that was discovered in the hills of West Virginia-newcomer Erin Condo shows a strength and talent found in the most seasoned performers and songwriters.
Originally from the small town of Perryville, Maryland, Erin has lived in Oregon, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Guatemala. Erin is currently living in Austin, TX and is quickly becoming a frequent performer at dance halls and venues around central and southern Texas.
These are the songs of the morning after, the hangover from an ill-fated relationship that lasted too long (or not long enough) or after a long night of drinking that you want to forget but can't get out of your mind.
The result-Leaving Songs-eleven original songs performed by Erin and some of the best talents that you haven't heard of-yet. Produced by the Mighty, Mighty Wiggus, Bob Klotz, and Erin Condo, this debut features the musical genius of Mason Neely, Bill Stetz, Dawn Kinnard, Greg Klyma, Rev. James A. Harton, and Richard Sleigh.
In this stunning debut, you'll hear everything from twin fiddles in the most traditional sounding country song, to a mellotron as the back drop for an all-girl robbery in small town.
Erin is currently playing around Texas with lead player Scott Martin (Gary P. Nunn, Bill Chambers, John Arthur Martinez), who accompanies on dobro, pedal steel, and guitar; and bass player David Carroll (Sisters Morales, Susan Gibson).
