All to keep the reservoirs free and open-air and to make a big noise in Portland City Council's ears. A great soundfest, and for a noble cause (it worked!). It is here that I fell in love w/ the idiosyncratic and beauteous Mr. Chris Robley (Trash Art/The Sort Ofs).
