Description
Reggae Artists Scholars Word released 'RISING TIDE' in 1999. It would be their second full length cd after the release of several, now very hard to get singles and EP's. With the release of 'RISING TIDE' in 1999 Scholar's Word set out all over the east coast playing to the reggae fans and receiving rave reviews in return.
