Description
Tammy is a Christian Country Artist with GodsChild Records. She is originally from Mobile, Alabama. Now she and her family live near the Nashville area where she performs at various writers' venues including The Bluebird Cafe, The Sip of Seattle, and The Country Music Hall of Fame.
She has had recent charting success in the Christian County genre with "One Woman Show" and "Love Can Grow". Her last release, "That's The Way", went to #1 on CCRB Charts. She was named as a 2001 New Horizon Artist Nominee by the Country Gospel Music Guild. Just Plain Folks 2001 Awards named "Love Can Grow" as Contemporary Christian Album of the year; www.jpfolks.com. 2002 nominations include Female Horizon Artist; ICGMA and Female Entertainer; CGMG.
Tammy is a strong advocate for Autism Awareness, since her own daughter was diagnosed at age 3 1/2. The disorder occurs in more than 1 in 500 individuals.
