Jim Gibson is a prominent part of Atlanta's music community. He has played thousands of engagements "of every possible type, and he credits his unusual style to this experience. In addition to his recordings for Hickory Cove Music, Jim has written four books on the music industry, recently spent two years as a full-time visiting professor in Georgia State University's School of Music, and still plays widely around the Southeast.
