THE GLEN HEADS....1978-???...Dis is wot you would call d premiere 'underground ' band.Starting out sounding like(and I quote)"Alvin and the Chipmunks snorting Ajax in outer space."Keith and Pete were practicing musicologists,collected a bizarre clavicade of instruments ranging from Impala skin drums to a 1969 Color-sound Fuzz Wah.Only the fuzz wah remains.Drugs and Haley's Comet destroyed the rest of the outrageous collection of instruments(along with the original 4track reel master tapes). This guitar slinging bud,Pete,was destined for certain,shame and obscurity;when all of a sudden dis guitar player,makes a 4track cassette tape and passes it on to me,Keith Nathan Albrecht.Keith(that's me)recognizes the raw potential of the material and adds overdubs of synthes and vocals.The results has to be heard for yourself.Dis s**t is good,poison,but goooood.Check it out,you websters.
(There are files of the original glenheads casettes (published by Unsound Music,but I havn't decided to 'clean them up a bit' and release them. We were very "high" at the time and may cause listeners severe brain damage or impaired reasoning trauma when heard)circa 1988.....
