Description
Singer-Songwriter, Bobby Gosh, made a rare appearance in a benefit concert at Chandler Music Hall in Randolph, Vermont on September 27, 2003. For this performance, Bobby invited his long-time friend, Carol Hall, composer and lyricist of the smash Broadway show and movie hit, "The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas", to join him. Traditional, old-time fiddler, Harold Luce added an authentic country touch to this evening to remember. In the century-old music hall, Bobby played and sang a selection of his songs, from the Dr. Hook classic, worldwide hit, "A Little Bit More", to a medley of his commercial hits, plus some new songs. The warmly receptive audience rewarded him and his guests with multiple standing ovations.
The concert was also filmed with a 5 camera crew, and is available at Bobby's website on DVD.
"Gosh, playing Chandler's Steinway grand piano, filled the hall with his prodigious energy."
"He reached the soul with the feeling of love he gave and the emotions he could stir up."
"If there is a Richter scale for passion, Bobby tops the chart."
