Description
With mature, yet unpretentious, musical and lyrical sensibilities, this AAA / AC band has been favorably compared to the likes of Sting, Steely Dan, Dave Matthews, Genesis, etc.
"The most enjoyable CD I've heard in months" - Bob St. John, producer (Extreme, Duran Duran, Robert Palmer).
"I was not only impressed with the material, I was also moved." - Wayne Krantz, guitarist (Steely Dan).
"Great songs, great production" - Tony Bongiovi, producer (Bon Jovi, Power Station Studios).
In April '98, the first single, It's Over, reached #21 on the Adult Contemporary Gavin national radio chart with nearly 1400 spins a week - just edged out of the Top 20 by Mariah Carey by only 24 spins - no small accomplishment for an unsigned act.
In September '98, their second single, A Boy Like Me, also entered the Top 40 AC Gavin chart peaking at #29.
Simon Apple member Jeff Miller has also collaborated on Tim Fonseca's CD, "Every Part Of You"
