The 1982 release of 'One Touch' marked Spriggs emergence as a pioneer of Gospel Pop Rock Music, one of the most original and poetic voices in the history of Gospel and over the course of the next two decades continued to reinvent himself and his religious leanings soon became less overt in his music.
