Description
JP Stingray is a talented guitarist, singer, and songwriter from the Netherlands. He is a seasoned veteran of the Dutch blues/rock scene, having been a member of several local bands and fronting the very popular band "Crossroads". He began his solo career in 1996, with his current release "Road To Oblivion" being his 4th solo effort. JP's recordings all include entirely original tracks, each recorded in his home studio with JP supplying all the guitar, bass, keyboards, and vocals. His material is predominately up tempo, power packed, guitar driven blues/rock, Texas rock, and ballads, all delivered from the heart of this gifted performer.
Though relatively unknown outside of his home country, JP has begun to attract the attention of a lot of US blues/rock fans thanks to his music being played on internet sites like ElectricBlues.com and others. If you are a fan of high energy, electric guitar based blues and blues/rock, you will certainly want to add the works of JP Stingray to your collection.
