Description
Mike is a local/singer/songwriter.He has been in the music business for over 35 years.He has affiliations with RCA,Gypsy Heart Records,Caprice Reocrds, and is currently signed with PERIDOT RECORDS.He has worked with many local bands over the years,including Terry and the Spirit Band,Jody King/King Country,Les Severs/Modern Country, and at the present is with Country Roundup.He has produced several CD's, and also worked with Echo Tudio, and Everlasting Sound Studios.
He has made several appearances at Charity functions.These include Children's Hospitals,Spina-Bifida,Miss Hemisphere,and Miss Black Bristol.he has recorded with Electric Possum of Delaware, and K-Ark Records of Nashville.In Nashville,he recorded two old favorites by Merle Haggard,"Today I Started Loving You Again" and flip side, "okie From Muskogee".He has appeared at Bally's in Atlantic City, and at the Appalachian Jubilee in Chambersburg, PA, where for the first time played his own song,"Roses Love Sunshine".
He continues to enjoy playing at local Jamborees,and with his current band,the Country Roundup.
