"I started playing music at about nine or ten years old when my mom, an elementary school music teacher, gave me a ukelele and taught me three chords. I've always liked many different kinds of music and guitar styles. I grew up listening and learning songs from the Beatles, James Taylor, the Allman Brothers, Neil Young, Jimmy Hendrix, Leo Kotke, Steely Dan, and more recently Preston Reed. I have completed my first CD titled 'Candle Power', a collection of acoustic instrumentals, and am working on a second. A video clip (taken from a local TV appearance) will soon be available on my web site www.garyseber.com."
