WORTH IT
(Words & music by Nomi Yah 2001.)
It's gonna be worth it working it out...
I don't want to tell you doubts I have in me
I don't want to bring them to actuality
Maybe I just don't want to lose you
But working it out isn't easy
It's gonna be worth it living in a better time than now
It's gonna be worth it doing the best that we know how
It's gonna be worth it working it out
It's gonna be worth it working it out
When we fight each other, baby, when we disagree
When nobody's listening and nobody can see
No matter how long you've know somebody
You never know them completely
It's gonna be worth it living in a better time than now
It's gonna be worth it doing the best that we know how
It's gonna be worth it working it out
It's gonna be worth it working it out
Running away would be easier than learning to stay
Could I live with myself every day
Wipe the slate clean
Forget what you mean, forget what you've been
Forget where we've been, forget what we've dreamed
Ah but I have a feeling that
It's gonna be worth it working it out...
