Description
Iridesense is a brother and sister team, Rick and Tara Eberle, along with Rob Viccari, and Rich Drouin. They are very tight unit, rhythmically, and vocally, and their songwriting tells a story. At young age both Tara and Rick were exposed to music, their mother being a folk singer, music was always being played in their house. Rob had the same experience, with his father being a guitar player, he even plays his father's Les Paul on stage. And Rich carved his own niche in his family. Both of his brother's being athletes, he as the oldest chose to express himself through the drums. As a band they have been carving out their niche, staying true to their vision and making music with a message. They have had alot of great opportunites opening for bands like:
Sugar Ray, Tonic, Stage, Duncan Sheik, Antigone Rising, Royston Langdon of Spacehog, Nine Days, Sev, Fountains of Wayne, Corey Glover of Living Colour. Berlin, The Alarm, Matt Nathanson, The Tea Party, The Bogmen, The Fixx, Yellowman, Tower of Power, Randy Jackson from Zebra and Modern English.
This is their second indie release and it has gained them alot of attention. They showcased at EAT'M, and recently finished a cross country tour where they played in most of the major US markets including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, St. Louis, Las Vegas, Cincinnati and Chicago.
They have also showcased at The CMJ Music Marathon in NYC, and have made several trips to the Philadelphia Music Conference.
Being from New York they have hit the east coast making stops in Boston, Connecticut, Washington D.C, New Orleans, Virginia, Philadelphia, and at college campuses including Cornell, Ithaca, UMASS, Albany, Syracuse, and Oneonta.
They were chosen as a finalist in the Blackhaus band search, have had tracks licensed to Oxygen Media and MTV Real World/Road Rules, were reviewed in Cosmo Girl, spotlighted on Tonos.com and selected as one of the top Unsigned bands in America by CMJ/Coca Cola and
The American Music Awards.
