Description
Vic Pellerano,a product of the 60's. After the Beatles hit the music scene. 1963,I took up guitar & started to compose my own music, being influenced by array of styles. From the Everly Brothers to Zeppelin. My brother and I, did the usual thing, in High school, rock bands,garage bands, etc.
My style of music took hold after finding my niche with the kind of voice I have. Songs and ballads that were folky, carried messages and painted the world with words..John Denver's style was a prefect match for me. In Fact, 1971, when Denver came out, some of my friends through it was me or I sold my songs. Today, I am called "The John Denver of North Dakota". in the Fargo N.D.area. I paint the beauty &
history of North Dakota, the Northern Plains and the world
around us with my words and music.
The harmonies are simple two part. My brother Arty at times backs me up. He writes also , his style is more rock and roll with Beatle/Bee Gee overtones. So we make a good blend of music. Together we have close to 300 songs. Just waiting to be heard. This CD is one facet of Pellerano's style of music. Simple and American cut bragging about North Dakota, the beauty that surrounds us all and the love of life..(guitar work Eagles/Denver) So enjoy listening.
