According to the Sony SACD Project team, 'The Window' is the very first hybrid multichannel SACD to be released by an independent (unsigned) aritst. This project was recorded at Immersive Studios in Boulder, Colorado with the best technology available to capture all the ambient characteristics of a live acoustic band. Instruments include guitars (acoustic/electric/baritone), mandolin, bouzouki, upright bass, drums, accordion, keyboards, dobro/weissenborn/lap steel.
The backing artists performing on this disc are all exceptional in their own right, coming from the bluegrass and fusion sides of the sidewalk. Read all their names below.
