Description
This album marks the last release by this ethereal 5 piece based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. This album finds the band exploring more basic guitar tones and down to earth arrangements while still evoking the trademark elsewhere space rock vibe.
Some influences of note for this album include: Luna, Mazzy Star, The Velvet Underground, The Birds, early REM, Nick Drake, Nick Cave, and all the early 4AD bands.
Following the split of this band elsewhere ex-patriots Chad Dorton and Hyrum Summerhays went on hiatus for a time and came back to form the female fronted band Mona. Mona's debut release "Your Favorite Thing" can also be found on CDBaby.
