Colin Arthur Wiebe began his career by winning the prestigious American Song Festival with his song "Key To Your Heart". Colin joined with Juno Award winning singer/songwriter Paul Janz in the 1980's.
In 1991 Colin teamed with Canadian legend Randy Bachman (Bachman Turner Overdrive and The Guess Who) and has been singing all the Guess Who material and playing guitar and keyboards since. Colin is prominently featured on the new Randy Bachman "Every Song Tells Story"DVD which has been given 4 star reviews. Colin is playing to sold-out theatres across the country.
Colin's new CD "Closer To You" is available now.
Colin Arthur Wiebe's debut album, "Livin On Dreams" was produced by Randy Bachman and the single "They Grow Up So Fast" is still played on Soft Rock radio.
Colin wrote the emotional "Red, White & Feeling Blue" in the aftermath of the September 11 tragedy which the US military uses as background music for their "classified" video presentation on 9-11.
"Ride Of Your Life" was written by Colin for the Canadian Cancer Society's "Cops For Cancer" Tour For a Friend event. Colin performed at both the opening and closing ceremonies as well as providing the entertainment for a number of The Canadian Cancer Society's fundraising events.
