Description
Christine was born in Frankfurt, Germany but raised in Colorado. She discovered her talent for the piano early at age three, but did not pursue a career in music, graduating from the University of CO in Business. School years were spent accompanying music and vocal groups, studying the piano and creating her own arrangements of her favorite songs. The piano remained a gratifying hobby.
After the untimely loss of her mother, Christine immersed herself in her music. She then began composing, releasing her heartfelt emotions and inspiring her listeners. In 1991 she debuted on Sugo Record's solo piano compilation of "four of the most gifted pianists in the U.S.", titled "Piano Portraits", and later "Summer Stories". These compositions are also featured on Muzak Channels.
Christine continues to compose and record her piano compositions, recently adding instrumental arrangements to her music. "Playing the piano is such an emotional release and reflection of life's experiences and feelings, and has always been an extremely gratifying way to express myself, often an escape. Family and friends have encouraged me to share my music. I feel so fortunate to have their support, which enables me to pursue my dream." (Christine)
