RECORDING IN L.A. & AMSTERDAM
currently we are recording the new electric RtV CD, scheduled for release in september 05. the CD has 13 brandnew exciting tracks, radioready material as well as soundscaping album tracks with fascinating lyrics... 1st rec session has just been done in belgium, next session taking place in the dutch lowlands. meanwhile L.A. musicians Greg (drums, ex Remy Zero) and Marc (bass, UK-A) are adding their parts over in L.A. to 6 of the tracks. first results of our Amsterdam meets L.A. connection: WOOW...

we met Greg & Marc during the great Panartist Showcase in London and they immediately felt like human beings we can relate to... although recording in different time zones (Amsterdam & L.A.) on the 1st track our gut feeling was proven to be right... we sound as one... keep checking back for more updates & sounds... the new Red to Violet release on the independent Commuse label is scheduled for autumn05.

'HERE I AM' on BBC RADIO
Red to Violet are receiving radio airplay on BBC Radio UK too... the popular Raw Talent Show on BBC radio - hosted by Alan Raw and with a national FM radio audience of millions in the UK (including Ireland) and 500.000+ internet listeners added our Red to Violet debut single - 'Here I Am' to the playlist. BBC radio comments on next week's update.

Red to Violet played 4 songs LIVE at the great Panartist.com Showcase in London: Here I Am, Mr J, It Comes Again and The Way You Are... the complete RtV live performance on the Panartist event was broadcast on the BBC TV Night Music show.

we are grateful that our releases 'Unfiltered' and 'Red to Violet' still receive lots of radio airplay in US, UK (BBC radio!), Australia, Germany... for the upcoming Red to Violet release in september, our label Commuse will hire a national US radio promotor. for Europe we will do the same and will start radio promotion in Germany, working closely with our new German CD-distributor... after Germany we plan to do the same in the UK and move on from there... independent music travelers finding new horizons...
