Description
Demimonde Slumber Party (DSP) is a hot trio with powerful vocals, harmonies, and playful, intelligent lyrics. Their sound is an infectious blend of pop punk and 60's garage band exuberance interspersed with haunting ballads. They have scores of influences, including X and early David Bowie.
DSP comes out of the 1990's San Francisco scene, but they are now based in Eugene, Oregon. The band, whose members are Melissa Lubofsky (lead vocals, guitar), Kim Lindquist (drums, vocals), and Tim Romain (bass, vocals), has just released their slamming new CD, "Green", and if you're very lucky, you'll catch one of their exciting concerts when they are bringing the Green gospel to your town. You definitely don't want to miss them!
