Description
Here's To Dischord was formed in 1998 by two brothers and a few friends who wanted to make good music. Today the band consists of Matt Appleton on guitar and vocals, Sean Beatty on drums and vocals, Dave Appleton on Bass and Vocals, and Bobby Booth on trombone and vocals. All members are multi-instrumentalist music students who have been playing together since elementary school days.
As individuals, the band members' musical accomplishments have included New York Times and United Press International feature articles, a cappella singing championships, and backup singing for Kenny Rogers. Now they bring their talents together on their debut album.
This new CD was recorded as a school engineering project by guitarist Matt Appleton. It features the memorable and catchy compositions of Appleton and Beatty. The band members are all featured playing multiple instruments and performing vocals. The resulting product resembles a third or fourth album rather than a debut!
Take a listen and see for yourself! Or as Sean would say: "Taste and See!"
