Description
My all-time favorite New Orleans band, beatinpath,
is playing in Nashville this weekend. They are a little "rough" for Nashville,
and by that I mean it's obvious they hail from a city where you can smoke onstage, walk the streets with a drink in each hand, and never hear the words "last call." I cannot emphasize how much I love this. I adore nashvegas, but lord, sometimes you need some dirt in your rock n roll. Gritty 'n Pretty. Amen.

JAZZ FEST - Beatinpath on the Lagniappe Stage reminds you how much fun straight-up country rock could be before someone added a dose of angst and called it alt-country.
